Accommodation

3 nights in a room of your choice, with linen and towels provided. Don’t forget to bring your bathers for the beach, pool and/or spa.

Treatments and activities

While the retreat is self-paced and all activities are optional, the following are included as part of the program and recommended for an optimal outcome:

  • 4 x group sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
  • 1 x individual osteopathy assessment and treatment
  • 2 x group creative therapy sessions
  • 2 x group movement workshops
  • Chronic pain workshop
  • Importance of posture for sleep and health workshop
  • Introduction to 6 different mindfulness and relaxation techniques
  • Individualised sleep treatment plan
  • Daily beach walks, stretching and games

Food and drinks

All main meals and non-alcoholic beverages are provided throughout the retreat, including:

  • A light supper on Friday night after arrival
  • 3 x breakfast
  • 2 x lunch
  • 2 x dinner

Meal options will be given to participants before the retreat, with dietary requirements taken into consideration where possible. As alcohol is not recommended for sleep, no alcohol will be provided on the retreat.
